Discover our fantastic selection of Sacai trainers. Chitose Abe founded Sacai in 1999. Abe first set up shop in Paris in 2009 and has since gone on to develop her own take on the popular Nike Vaporfly, Waffle Racer, LDV and Blazer models. The collaboration between Sacai x Nike first came in 2015 with the release of a set of women's exclusive laceless Nike Air Max 90s and Dunks. This release received mixed reviews from sneakerheads internationally but was well received in Japan, where Sacai's founder, Chitose Abe, was already making waves.

Fast-forward to 2018, and pairs of the Sacai x Nike LDWaffle and Blazer were seen during Paris Fashion Week. These pairs brought Sacai's trademark splicing techniques and applied them to some classic Nike silhouettes. The result was a frenzy!

When the collaboration was finally released in 2019, it sold out instantly. Due to a number of re-releases and new colourways popping up, this collab remained one of the biggest of 2019 and 2020.
