The sneaker adopts an incredibly unique snakeskin-like overlays with chiselled out 'scales', hence the "Green Python" name. The 'scales' come dressed in a vivid green tone and are given a glossy finish to contrast the matte white leather base layers. White is also used to dress the laces, interior linings, and midsoles, which subsequently house the usual Nike Air units for additional support. Jordan branding can then be found on the tongue tabs and insoles in vivid green to match the overlays and outsoles. You'll also find the usual Jordan Wings insignias on the lateral side collars in white. The logos are also separate patches stitched onto the sneakers, thus giving a three-dimensional texture. The Nike logo then features in the centre of the outsoles to round off these special edition Mids in typical Jordan 1 fashion.
